Design submission at SheepStop

Hey Designers! You can use this forum to discuss anything related to design submission at SheepStop. Dunno how to start-off with design submissions? Or maybe you need a little help with the template? Or you have some tips to share about Corel or Illustrator. Do post your questions here and respond to questions posted by others for the benefit of the entire SheepStop Designer community! We want your designs to be the best in the world!!

@vini try uploading just the 500x500px design and the 100x100px thumbnail (both in jpg/png/gif format) through the design submission form and e-mail the .ai file to admin@sheepstop.com

i tried to post a design but showing like this why ?i was aploading ai formatPlease upload vector /raster file < 500 Kb

@raaj if your design is not printed for six months from the date of submission you can request for it to be removed from sheepstop

Hey Designer community ! You can improve the popularity of your designs by using the Share button on the right side of your design display and share it with your friends circle and in turn theirs at various social media sites like facebook, twitter,....

This time the casino will run for 2 weeks. Given it is Diwali season, we want to ensure all of you are available to let us know your choice :) Our printing team will also take a short break !

@moasa i'm sure there was some issue at your end, after you upload your design submission you should get a message that the submission will be screened and put up on sheepstop. Please do try submitting again and let me know if you are still having trouble. Also we would love to know more suggestions about the design submission template. If you can think of a better way, do let us know and we will be most happy to incorporate it here.

I just submit a design. after end of the process i was at same position. i mean didn't get any success message or error message.. hmm its horrible

Few pieces from each design have been put up in select stores on a trial basis. If these pieces are sold then the the royalty information will be updated.

One confusion - Just logged in after a while and saw two sizes (sold out) and many sizes (just 1 left) but under ROYALTY section of my profile, it shows the same no. of tee sold as It was, when only guys M size was sold out. May I kindly request to know the reason of this difference?

@raaj @tridib @vinayak looking at the comments there seems to be some confusion about the runners up returning to the casino. Let me take an example to make this clear. Suppose there are 10 designs at the casino in week 1. Betting at the casino ends at the end of the week, a new casino set for week 2 is chosen which DOES NOT have any designs from week 1. The winner for week 1 is announced at the end of week 2 (a delay of a week for printing) and then the casino set in week 3 will contain the two runner up designs which just missed winning in week 1. So no design can appear in two casinos back to back.
