Issues with Existing Features

Firstly, a big vote of thanks to all the pre-beta testers who are spending their valuable time to test-ride SheepStop. Please report any issues/bugs/shortcomings of the existing functionalities here. We will take them up and resolve them asap. Please do not hesitate to point out the smallest of the issues eg. an extra space, a mis-spelt word, a non-functional link, or a suggestion for a better background color. On the other hand global suggestions about the website as a whole eg. navigation is diffcult, casino layout is too cluttered etc. are also important to us. So please feel free to share them here and participate in the discussion. Also please mention the browser in which you found the issue so that it will be easier for us to debug the same.

On the FAQ index page, there are a couple of typo's (Answer to Q abt "What is the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy at Sheepstop"): 1. Your Order Number 2. Excahnge / Refund along with the reason Why was my design rejected at SheepStop? a. If SheepStop decides to reject your design, we provide the genuine reason/s behind rejection in the email notification conveying the final status of your submitted design b. The primary resons for rejection would be: 1. Submitted design is not found to be original 2. Non-compliance with submission template 3. Design is a Pure Solgan <--Slogan

@sadya you have to use html formatting eg. use the br tag or the paragraph tag for formatting. Below is what you wanted to achieve

look at the previous post. I wrote it with '/0' i.e. carriage return. But the post appears with all formatting lost (just like word wrap kept off in notepad). User may add some formatting (with carriage return at least), which should be preserved. In previous post, first, second and third line should appear on separate lines.

Design need to be square in size ???? why why why This is injustice !!!!!! You can limit aspect ratio (vertical to horizontal) but should not restrict to square size. A design with vertical to horizontal ratio greater than one makes the person look taller. :-) I submitted a design which got distorted (to square size) after submission. This is strict no no no !!!

Check my order G111092229, Sat 11th Jul 2009 7:09 am I ordered tee "jellyfish" worth Rs.399. But it is seen that my net total (subtotal+shipping etc. ) = Rs. 0 So I need not pay for this Tee Please dispatch this right now

Log out screen should return to homepage. I logged out and found that forum page was still open. Two of the recent comments had a option to delete them (Cross button) And to my surprise, I could delete one post although I was logged out. Check your mail for screenshots showing same post appearing twice, and showing delete option for those two posts(without logging in). The remaining posts didn't have delete option.

dcube could never pronounce 'sadya' correctly. "Devnagari" font should be provided so as to avoid ambiguity in pronounciation.

I checked my "order" tab, I have four strange orders: 1. There are two orders with same number "G10091660" with a time difference of 5 minutes. (Two orders with same number :-( ) 2. There is one order with no number and ... nothing is there. (Fri 10th Jul 2009, 10:44pm)

Issue 3: I reached at "Looks perfect - Proceed to order" and was about to "confirm order" But changed my mind, went to another browser and emptied bag. Returned to first browser and "confirm"ed the order. I got a "BLANK" order number. I am sending the screenshot separately on your email ID.
